1. About Smart Plate

Smart Plate helps users organise recipes, meal plans and shopping lists. Features may change during testing and development.

2. Food and nutrition information

Recipes, nutrition estimates and traffic-light information are provided for general planning, not medical advice. Check ingredients for allergies and dietary requirements. Follow safe food-handling practices.

3. Shopping price estimates

Any prices, pack sizes or shopping totals shown are estimates, not live quotations or guarantees. Actual prices, availability and pack sizes vary by retailer, date and location.

4. Your content and recipe imports

You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to add, import, use or share recipes and other content. Importing content into the app does not transfer ownership or copyright. Do not use the app to distribute content unlawfully.

5. Household sharing

Only share household information with people you trust. Shared information may be accessible to household members according to the app's sharing features.

6. Availability

We aim to provide a useful service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that all information is error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.
